In addition, you will need initial approval from the municipality for your business to operate your business.Meanwhile, if your business activity is different from others, then you need to take approval from the relevant department or ministry which is necessary. Also, you need to make sure that your company name is not already in use by another business.
Cost of Business Setup:
The licence cost is AED 12,900/- for the zero-visa package, which includes registration and around three business activities. Whereas, the cost will increase with the number of visas you require.
It involves banking assistance cost, insurance support, and business consultant can add to the overall price.
This includes registration, name reservation, and any legal services, which are needed for business set-up.
The time frame of setting-up your business in IFZA is usually takes 1-3 weeks, and the process are involved:
Consultation & Proposal: First, we'll have a consultation to understand your specific needs and goals. After that, we will provide you a detailed proposal that includes, the most suitable for your activities, the best business structure and activities that align with your plans, and the right visa options for you and your team, along with your office solution need to meet the requirements, weather it is physical office, shared space, or virtual office.
Business License: Once your application gets approved, then you will receive your business license.
UAE Residence Visa: After receiving your business license, you are allowed to apply for a UAE residence visa. The steps include submitting your application, undergoing a medical check-up, applying for your Emirates ID, and completing the biometric scanning process. The entire visa process takes about 9–10 days.
